Admissions
How to begin.
Every admission begins with a confidential conversation. We don't believe in pressure — recovery only works when the person is ready.
Initial inquiry
Reach out by email, phone, or this contact form. Tell us a little about the situation — for yourself or a family member. We respond within one business day.
Confidential intake call
30–45 minute call with our admissions team to understand needs, recommend a program length, discuss costs and logistics, and answer your questions.
Pre-admission assessment
Brief clinical assessment to confirm fit. Some conditions (active acute psychosis, severe medical instability) require hospital-level care first — we'll refer if so.
Arrival and orientation
Your first day is dedicated to settling in: room assignment, meeting clinical team, schedule walkthrough, and family contact preferences. The program begins on day two.
About cost
We don't publish set prices because programs vary by length and clinical needs. We discuss cost openly during the intake call and work with families on payment plans. Many residents pay out-of-pocket; some international insurance plans participate.
For U.S. veterans
If you're a U.S. veteran with service-connected mental health conditions, the VA Foreign Medical Program may cover part of your stay through our coordination with iWellness Veterans Center. Mention this during intake — we'll handle the FMP paperwork.
